Case study · REZET Global × REZET Hub · Insurance · Argentina
REZET Global did the upcycling. REZET Hub worked alongside them on the metrics, so Grupo Sancor Seguros could share its impact with a record behind every figure.
Proof
Grupo Sancor Seguros invested in transforming the material rather than paying for its disposal, putting the budget into craftsmanship, durability and a product with genuine material value.
The material had more value left in it. With creativity, innovation and a trained eye, what others see as waste can be recognised for what it still has to offer, then redesigned around a new purpose without losing the story of where it came from.

Evidence
137.72 m² of event flags recovered and transformed into mate sets and pouches.
REZET Global did the upcycling. REZET Hub worked alongside them on the metrics, so Grupo Sancor Seguros could share its impact with a record behind every figure.
Flags recovered the moment the event ended, which is the only window in which promotional material is still clean and intact.
Surface recorded while the fabric is whole, so the figure that ends up in a report was established at intake and not estimated afterwards.
The flag was engineered to survive outdoors; the mate set inherits that. No performance had to be added to a material that already had it.
Output reconciled against the recorded input, so a campaign expense becomes a measurable material outcome instead of a claim in a sustainability slide.
Outcome
137.72 m² of promotional event flags were recovered and transformed into mate sets, extending the life of material originally intended for landfill and converting short-term waste into long-term utility. Made by 7 people in social impact workshops.
